Julia and I went out for a very special dinner last night at The Ledbury. Tracy, our good friend, gave us a lovely gift certificate for our wedding. It is no wonder how they received a Michelin star and three rosettes. We had the taster menu with eight courses plus a cheese course and six different glasses of wine. Our favorite courses had to be the lamb that was cooked for 24 hours and served ontop of truffel mashed potatos and the cocoa creme brulee with basil ice cream. Thank you Tracy!
